This vase is wood fired and attended to for 14 hours non stop! Ash and salt glaze on wheel thrown stoneware clay. Slightly faceted. The atmosphere in the kiln makes each piece unique; the glaze varies on this little beauty depending on which side one sees it from. It´s fired to approx. 1320 degrees Celcius / 2408 Fahrenheit.
