Inspired by ancient Corean ceramics found in shipwrecks. Hand thrown taupe stoneware clay with a crawling grey semi transparent glaze. Under the glaze is a pattern made in slip. The pattern is made using the fingers to achieve an intuitive and vibrant expression. Truly one of a kind. This piece is very special to me.
